Service Description

This visit is for new patients to complete initial consult for prescription or weight loss services.

Fostering Victory Medical Corporation provides telehealth-based medical services. All patients must undergo a medical evaluation prior to receiving treatment. No treatment, medication, or prescription is guaranteed. Care is provided at the discretion of the licensed medical provider based on individual clinical assessment.

Services are available only to patients physically located in California at the time of their visit.
