Step 1: Select Your Service

Choose the medical service that best fits your needs. Services are available to patients physically located in California.

Step 2: Complete Intake + Consent

After booking, please complete the intake forms and telehealth consent document located at the top of this website. These must be completed prior to your visit.

Step 3: Medical Evaluation and On-going care

A licensed medical provider will review your history, symptoms, and goals. If clinically appropriate, treatment options—including prescriptions—will be discussed.
