Service Description

If clinically appropriate, treatment options—including prescriptions—may be provided following your medical evaluation. Not all patients will require or qualify for medication. Weight management patients are typically seen monthly to ensure safe and effective progress. Follow-up visits may be required prior to continuing certain medications.
